Spark conversations may be kept as text so Spark can continue the founder's work and use permitted conversation memory. When a founder taps Speak, Lemonade Lab collects a short audio recording only to transcribe that specific request. The audio is sent to OpenAI's audio transcription service without the founder's name, profile, shop details or conversation history. Lemonade Lab does not save the raw recording, use it for advertising, voice identification or voice profiling, or use it to train a voice model. The raw recording is discarded after transcription. The resulting text can be reviewed before the founder chooses whether to send it to Spark.
Parents and guardians of children under 13 can review or request deletion of their child's personal information and can stop further collection through the existing parent privacy controls and account rights described in this notice.
